E& Neo - Ai Campaign

Behind the scenes on the E & Neo Homeplans AI campaign — a project built to test how far AI goes when human creative direction stays in front of it.

Five thousand unique worlds and levels were generated, then selected and shaped. The workflow ran in layers: the foundation of the world built in CGI, AI conceptualization laid over it to set the aesthetic, and live action integrated with motion capture on top of both.

The result is neither a CGI film with AI textures nor an AI film with CGI fixes. It is a working method, and this is what it looks like from the inside.
